Principal Markets definition

Principal Markets means the United States of America, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain;
Principal Markets means the TSXV and OTCQB.
Principal Markets means (i) either the Nasdaq National Market or The Nasdaq SmallCap Market and (ii) TSX, and each, individually, a "Principal Market".
