Preventive Maintenance Services definition

Preventive Maintenance Services mean the services defined in this Agreement.
Preventive Maintenance Services means the entirety of all services, supplies and work detailed in Annex 1 that the Contractor must provide under this Agreement for the attendance to incidents that might arise at the System, remote supervision of operation and full operational status thereof.
Preventive Maintenance Services or “Preventive Maintenance” or “Preventive Maintenance Works”: the section of the Services to be provided by the Contractor, in relation to the Base Project and in relation to the Base Project and the Extension as a whole, as refereed to hereunder and as detailed in the relevant contractual documents.

More Definitions of Preventive Maintenance Services

Preventive Maintenance Services is defined in Clause 14.20.1(i)(a).
Preventive Maintenance Services means services performed by Contractor to preserve the original functional and operational state of the equipment covered under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
