Preventative Maintenance Service definition

Preventative Maintenance Service means the process of inspection, routine examination, lubrication, cleaning and adjustment of parts, components, and/or subsystems for the purpose of ensuring acceptable performance in accordance with applicable ASME Code requirements, the manufacturer’s specifications, and the specifications defined in this Contract.

Preventative Maintenance Service means standard and customary preventative maintenance services rendered to You upon Covered Equipment. This Agreement does not cover Preventative Maintenance Service unless the coverage has been specifically purchased by You, as reflected on Your Schedule of Covered Equipment.

  • Failure to respond within the designated response times as appropriate for the incident (service level failure) will also attract the percentage of penalty on the Preventative Maintenance Service Cost as appropriate for the number of service level failures.

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Maintenance Service means the telephone system maintenance services supplied by us pursuant to the Telephony System and Maintenance Service Specific Terms and as described on the relevant Order Form;

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.
