Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

Prepaid Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(f).
Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.
Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.
Prepaid Monthly Payment Any Monthly Payment received prior to its scheduled Due Date, which is intended to be applied to a Mortgage Loan on its scheduled Due Date and held in the related Custodial Account for P&I until the Withdrawal Date following its scheduled Due Date.
Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.
Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.
Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order
Class-II local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this order.
Transferring Former Supplier Employees in relation to a Former Supplier, those employees of the Former Supplier to whom the Employment Regulations will apply on the Relevant Transfer Date; and
Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.
TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.
Prepaid means Payments or Deposits paid by You to a Travel Supplier for Travel Arrangements for Your Trip prior to Your actual or Scheduled Departure Date. Payments or Deposits for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or fees, or sightseeing, if such arrangements are made during Your Trip and are to be used prior to the Scheduled Return Date of Your Trip, are not considered Prepaid as defined herein.
Amounts receivable by the Trust in a foreign currency shall be reported to the Evaluator who shall convert the same to U.S. dollars based on current exchange rates, in the same manner as provided in Section 4.01(b) or 4.01(c), as applicable, for the conversion of the valuation of foreign Equity Securities, and the Evaluator shall report such conversion with each Evaluation made pursuant to Section 4.01."
Customer Credit Liabilities means, at any time, the aggregate remaining balance reflected on the books and records of the Loan Parties at such time of (a) outstanding gift certificates and gift cards of the Loan Parties entitling the holder thereof to use all or a portion of the gift certificate or gift card to pay all or a portion of the purchase price for any Inventory, and (b) outstanding merchandise credits and customer deposits of the Loan Parties.
Registered contract means a variable annuity contract or variable life insurance policy subject to the prospectus delivery requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
Seller credit card means either of the following:
Hovercraft Liability This policy does not cover "hovercraft liability".
Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
Prepaid Rent means any payment of money to the landlord for a rent obligation not yet
Prepaid Installment With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any installment of principal thereof and interest thereon received prior to the scheduled due date for such installment, intended by the Mortgagor as an early payment thereof and not as a Prepayment with respect to such Mortgage Loan.
Purchase Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Sale Agreement.
Customer Deposits means at any time, the aggregate amount at such time of (a) deposits made by customers with respect to the purchase of goods or the performance of services and (b) layaway obligations of the Borrowers.
