Preferred Broker definition

Preferred Broker means a broker/dealer that provides an automated, electronic feed of Access Person Securities Transaction information directly into Protegent PTA.

  • Access Persons effectuating commodities and futures transactions must do so through Interactive Brokers as this Preferred Broker has the ability to provide an automated feed for commodities and futures transactions.

  • Preferred Holders means the record owners of outstanding Preferred Securities.

Person: An individual, trustee, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, union, business association, firm or other legal entity.
