Pre-Effective Date Period definition

Pre-Effective Date Period means the period from and including the date hereof to and including the Effective Time on the Effective Date;
Pre-Effective Date Period means the period from and including the date hereof to and including the earlier of the Effective Time and the date of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 6;
Pre-Effective Date Period means any Tax period ending on or before the Tax Effective Date.

  • During the Pre-Effective Date Period, Silvermex will and will cause each of the Silvermex Subsidiaries to, subject to the fact that the Arrangement and related transactions are contemplated hereby, continue to carry on the Business in the ordinary course of business, working to preserve the attendant goodwill of Silvermex and the Silvermex Subsidiaries and to contribute to retention of that goodwill to and after the Effective Date, but subject to the following provisions of this Article 4.

More Definitions of Pre-Effective Date Period

Pre-Effective Date Period means the period from December 22, 2004 until the Closing Time, subject to the earlier termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms;
Pre-Effective Date Period means the period commencing on the execution and delivery of this Agreement and ending at the Closing Time, subject to the earlier termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms;
Pre-Effective Date Period means the period beginning on the date of execution hereof to and including the Effective Time;
Pre-Effective Date Period means, with respect to any service or access to any facilities or Systems provided by, or on behalf of, a Provider to a Recipient (a) any time during the two months prior to the Effective Date or (b) with respect to such services or access to such facilities or Systems provided on only a periodic basis, any time during the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date (in each case, unless such service or access to such facilities or Systems was terminated in the normal course of business prior to the Effective Date).
Pre-Effective Date Period means the period from the date of this Agreement to the Effective Time;
Pre-Effective Date Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b).
Pre-Effective Date Period means the time period up to and ending on the Effective Date.
