Examples of Practical Completion Stage in a sentence

  • When the Contractor has satisfied all of its obligations under Condition 15 the Owner must immediately pay the Contractor the progress claim for the Practical Completion Stage (as adjusted under Condition 16, if applicable).

Practical Completion Stage means that stage when the Works are complete in accordance with this Contract and all relevant statutory requirements (apart from minor omissions or minor defects), inspections have been satisfactorily completed and the Works are reasonably suitable for habitation.

Related to Practical Completion Stage

  • Practical Completion means the completion of the Project where the building is fit for occupancy and/or purpose.

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.
