Completion Statement definition
Completion Statement has the meaning given to that term in the Co-ordination Agreement; Conditions has the meaning given to that term in the Co-ordination Agreement;

The Purchaser shall deliver to the Sellers a written statement setting out the Net Indebtedness as of Completion, drawn up in accordance with the Accounting Rules and Policies (the "Completion Statement"), as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within three (3) months after the Completion Date.
The Sellers shall make available to the Purchaser and its auditors all information necessary to prepare the draft of the Completion Statement.
More Definitions of Completion Statement
Completion Statement means a written statement confirming (a) the number and type of Open Market Housing Units and Affordable Housing Units which have been Completed within the relevant Quarter, and (b) the sum total of Per Unit Contributions payable in respect thereof in terms of this Agreement for that Quarter;
