Completion Statement definition

Completion Statement has the meaning given to that term in the Co-ordination Agreement; Conditions has the meaning given to that term in the Co-ordination Agreement;
Completion Statement has the meaning given in paragraph 3.1 of Part 1 of Schedule 10;
Completion Statement has the meaning set out in clause 6.1;

More Definitions of Completion Statement

Completion Statement means a written statement confirming (a) the number and type of Open Market Housing Units and Affordable Housing Units which have been Completed within the relevant Quarter, and (b) the sum total of Per Unit Contributions payable in respect thereof in terms of this Agreement for that Quarter;
Completion Statement means a statement showing the turnover and profit or loss, for the period from the Last Accounting Date to Completion and the assets and liabilities of the Companies as at Completion in the same format as the current "monthly reporting pack" produced by the Companies in the ordinary course of their business, such Completion Statement being prepared in accordance with Accounting Methods and Principles and with all available supporting documents;
