Potential Certificateholder definition

Potential Certificateholder means any Person (including an Existing Certificateholder that is (i) a Broker-Dealer when dealing with the Auction Agent and (ii) a potential beneficial owner when dealing with a Broker-Dealer) who may be interested in acquiring Auction Rate Certificates (or, in the case of an Existing Certificateholder thereof, an additional principal amount of Auction Rate Certificates).

Potential Certificateholder means any Person (other than an Existing Certificateholder) who is interested in acquiring Auction Rate Certificates.

  • Certifying Certificateholder As defined in Section 5.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • Class A-4 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-4 Certificate.

  • Class A-3 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-3 Certificate.

  • Lead Securitization Directing Certificateholder means the “Directing Certificateholder” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
