Post-Closing Income Tax Returns means, collectively, all Income Tax Returns required to be filed by a Party or any of its Subsidiaries for a Post-Closing Period.

  • Income Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Income Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.
