Post-2007 Flexibility Engine definition

Post-2007 Flexibility Engine means an engine certified on or after January 1, 2007 to the implementation flexibility standards in title 13, CCR, section 2423(d). Such flexibility engines are generally labeled as follows by the engine manufacturer:

For any LDA, the LDA Short-Term Resource Procurement Target shall be the sum of the Short-Term Resource Procurement Targets of all Zones in the LDA.
