Portfolio unit value definition

Portfolio unit value for a portfolio means the aggregate value of the assets in a portfolio as of the market close of that business day, plus receivables and less any liabilities of such portfolio received each business day, divided by the number of units reflected in accounts invested in that portfolio.

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).
