Polysilicon Group definition

Polysilicon Group means the group comprised of the of Subsidiaries of the Company holding its polysilicon business and operations at any time, including LDK Silicon & Chemical, LDK Silicon Holding, Jiangxi LDK PV Silicon Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi LDK Solar Polysilicon Co., Ltd.
