Definition of PMA Parts

PMA Parts means Parts manufactured in accordance with a Parts Manufacturing Approval Supplement issued by the FAA.

Any deviations from the applicable Component Maintenance Manual (e.g., with respect to PMA Parts) shall have Hawaiians prior written approval and, if determined applicable by Hawaiian, approval of any applicable aircraft lessor, mortgagee, Vendor or other person who must be notified, or whose approval is required, pursuant to an agreement relating to the applicable In-Scope Aircraft or CPFH Component.
