Plan of Organization definition

Plan of Organization means the plan of school organization developed pursuant to this article.
Plan of Organization means that certain Debtors’ Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, dated March 7, 2011, as amended or supplemented.

Related to Plan of Organization

  • Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.

  • Articles of Organization means the original documents filed to organize a limited liability company, as amended or restated by certificates of correction, amendment, or merger, by restated articles, or by other instruments filed or issued under any statute.

  • Limited Partnership Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 9, 2004, as amended from time to time.

  • New Organizational Documents means the documents providing for corporate governance of New Valaris Holdco and the Reorganized Debtors, including charters, bylaws, operating agreements, or other organizational documents or shareholders’ agreements, as applicable, consistent with section 1123(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code (as applicable).

  • Certificate of origin means the document provided by the manufacturer of a new motor vehicle, or
