Phase 2 Completion definition

Phase 2 Completion the completion of all aspects, including receipt of payment, of the sale and purchase of the Phase 2 Shares and Loose Share so that the Buyer has unconditional perfected title to all the Phase 2 Shares and Loose Share as provided for in Schedule 4;
Phase 2 Completion means when the Phase 2 Building Completion Certificate has been issued and Service Completion Certificates for all of the Services have been issued in respect of all of the Phase 2 Areas.
Phase 2 Completion shall have the meaning set forth in Article 7.2.

Examples of Phase 2 Completion in a sentence

  • The Phase 2 Completion of Construction shall occur no later than March 18, 2018.

  • Prior to the Phase 2 Commencement of Construction, Concessionaire shall post and maintain until the Phase 2 Completion of Construction a bond, cash deposit or other form of security acceptable to the City in the initial amount of not less than $100,000.

  • Without prejudice to any other remedy available to the City, Concessionaire shall remit to the City as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the amount of $70/day for each day following March 18, 2018 that the Phase 2 Completion of Construction has not occurred.

  • No later Rent Commencement Date, Concessionaire shall post and maintain until the Phase 2 Completion of Construction a bond, cash deposit or other form of security acceptable to the City in the initial amount of not less than $375,000.

  • The security is to guarantee the Phase 2 Completion of Construction in the event thatConcessionaire fails to construct and install the Phase 2 Facilities within the deadlines established by this Agreement.

  • Developer hereby agrees that, subject only to Force Majeure and Section 2.04 hereof, Developer shall Substantially Complete construction of (a) Phase 1 of the Project on or before December 31, 2014 (the "Phase 1 Completion Date") as set forth in the Performance Milestones attached hereto as Exhibit G, and (b) the balance of Phase 2 of the Project on or before the Phase 2 Completion Date set forth in the Performance Milestones attached hereto as Exhibit G.


More Definitions of Phase 2 Completion

Phase 2 Completion shall have occurred when all of the following shall have been Successfully Completed:
Phase 2 Completion has the meaning given to it in Appendix L (Phase 1 Completion and Phase 2 Completion) of Schedule 6 (Finance);
Phase 2 Completion means, in relation to a Phase 2 Territory, "Completion" under the Transfer Agreement(s) relating to that Territory;
Phase 2 Completion shall have the meaning given to the termFinal Acceptance” in the Bechtel Construction Contract.

Related to Phase 2 Completion

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Tests on Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contract or agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Scheduled Project Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 (c);

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).
