Said Design Schematics shall be consistent with the Plot Plan, contain not less than 200,000 square feet of Gross Leasable Floor Area of Developer Buildings, be located completely within that portion of the Developer Tract being within the area designated "Permissible Building Area" on the Plot Plan and otherwise be in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
