Performance Evaluator definition

Performance Evaluator shall normally be the course Instructor for employees employed in Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Tutor/Seminar Leader and Grader/Marker classifications. The “Performance Evaluator” shall normally be the Employment Supervisor for Lecturer/Instructors and other employees whose work is not associated with a specific course (e.g. Access Program Tutors).
