Penn Supplemental Order means any order of the FERC that authorizes Penn to obtain Extensions of Credit after December 31, 2007.
Governmental Order means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Authority.
Special order means an order imposing an administrative sanction issued to any party licensed pursuant to this title by the Commissioner that has a stated duration of not more than 12 months. A special order shall be considered a case decision as defined in § 2.2-4001.
Official Order means an order issued on the Contractor, whether on paper or by electronic means, which conveys the essential details of a particular service requirement under the Contract and includes any methods of ordering the Services specifically, referred to in the Contract.
Initial Order means, collectively, in respect of the Bloom Lake CCAA Parties, the Bloom Lake Initial Order, and in respect of the Wabush CCAA Parties, the Wabush Initial Order;
Guarantor Order mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement and all other agreements and documents relating to the Acquisition, as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Interim DIP Order means an interim order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the DIP Facilities Motion, which order shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and the DIP Credit Agreements, and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors.
Company Operating Agreement means that certain Eighth Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of September 20, 2013, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Partnership Order means, respectively, a written request or order signed in the name of the Partnership by the Chairman of the Board, the President or a Vice President of the General Partner, and by the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, the Controller, an Assistant Controller, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the General Partner, and delivered to the Trustee, or if the Partnership shall change its form of entity to other than a limited partnership, by Persons or officers, members, agents and others holding positions comparable to those of the foregoing nature, as applicable.
Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement, Approving Form and Manner of Notice, and Setting Date for Hearing on Final Approval of Settlement, which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Transaction Support Agreement means that certain Transaction Support Agreement, together with all exhibits, annexes, and schedules thereto, dated as of March 15, 2019, and as amended on April 10, 2019, by and among NMG, Inc. and its subsidiaries, the Consenting Sponsors, an ad hoc committee of holders of 2013 Term Loans, an ad hoc committee of holders of Cash Pay Notes and PIK Toggle Notes, and each of the additional parties who delivered a joinder thereto.
Company Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws (or the equivalent organizational documents) of the Company and its Subsidiaries as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
Sale Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Transactions, in form and substance (with respect to the provisions of such Sale Order applicable to the Acquired Assets only) reasonably acceptable to each of the Parties.
Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.
Guarantor Joinder Agreement means a guarantor joinder agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 7.12 delivered by a Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to Section 7.12.
Medical order means a lawful order of a practitioner which may include a

Delaware LLC means any limited liability company organized or formed under the laws of the State of Delaware.
DIP Order means the Interim Order and, upon entry thereof, the Final Order.
Individual Orders means Customer (or Customer entity) orders for Eligible Services from SAP, where the Customer (or Customer entity) has provided SAP with the identification number of the PlusPackage (CDA number) and intends for the order to be counted in the calculation of the Commitment Value.
Subsidiary Joinder Agreement means a joinder to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Depositor Order A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Depositor by any one of its Executive Officers.
MergerSub has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Acquisition Sub shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.
