Payment Processing Fee definition

Payment Processing Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Payment Processing Fee means the amount deducted from each commission payment to cover processing costs relating to the issuance of the payment and the corresponding statement.
Payment Processing Fee means any fee(s) paid or payable by Client for the processing of Donations or other payments in connection with the Services.

  • Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b).

  • Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.

You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Payment Amount has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Remarketing Fee has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(i).
