Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. The Company shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.
Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) above, the Company shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law.

Without duplication of other amounts payable by the Company under this Section 3.03, the Company shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.

Without limiting the provisions of paragraph (a) above, the Company shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law, or at the option of the Agent timely reimburse the Agent for the payment of any Other Taxes; provided, that evidence of any such payment of Other Taxes has been provided to the Company.
Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. Without limiting the provisions of Section 5(a), the Company shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant governmental authority in accordance with applicable law.
Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. In addition, the Company shall pay or cause to be paid any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law.
Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. Without limiting the provisions of the foregoing clause (a) directly above, the Company shall timely pay to the relevant Official Body in accordance with applicable Law, or at the option of CoBank timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.
Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) above, the Company shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Laws, except for Other Taxes resulting from an assignment by any Lender pursuant to Section 10.06(b), which assignment is not at the request of the Company pursuant to Section 10.13. 35 Xxxxxx Pharmaceuticals Term Loan Credit Agreement
Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. The Credit Parties shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for, Other Taxes.
Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. WITHOUT LIMITING THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (A) ABOVE, THE COMPANY SHALL TIMELY PAY ANY OTHER TAXES TO THE RELEVANT GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW.
