Payment of Other Taxes by the Company. Without limiting the provisions of paragraph (a) above, the Company shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law, or at the option of the Agent timely reimburse the Agent for the payment of any Other Taxes; provided, that evidence of any such payment of Other Taxes has been provided to the Company.
