Passive Ecomm Sales means passive sales (i.e., without active individual sales efforts) of Job Postings by an iHispano Partner through an iHispano Partner Channel, and, only during the first twelve (12) months of the Term of this Agreement, by iHispano through the iHispano Website or iHispano Vertical Channels.
