Park Premises definition

Park Premises is the real property generally depicted in Exhibit A and described in Exhibit B, being that real property upon which Orondo River Park has been developed, all the improvements thereon, related submerged lands, along with boat launch and two docks extending into the Columbia River.

  • For the purposes of this Paragraph, any holder of a mortgage or deed of trust that affects the Park, Premises or Building at any time, and any landlord in any lease to which this Lease is subordinate, at any time, will be a subsequent owner of the Park, Premises or Building when it succeeds to the interest of the Landlord or any subsequent owner of the Park, Premises or Building.

Related to Park Premises

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and
