Parity Dividend Stock definition

Parity Dividend Stock means any class or series or the Corporation's capital stock ranking, as to dividends, on a parity with the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock.
Parity Dividend Stock means shares of any class or series of capital stock of the Corporation that rank on a parity with the Series C Preferred Stock as to payment of dividends.
Parity Dividend Stock means any class or series of the Corporation's capital stock ranking, as to dividends, on a parity with the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, including, without limitation, the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.

Parity Dividend Stock means (i) the Class A Stock and (ii) any other capital stock of the Corporation ranking on a parity as to dividends with the Class B Stock.
