Paper Latcher definition

Paper Latcher means a qualified laborer employed to joint or "latch" protective coating materials, which may be of substances other than paper, as they are applied by machine to ensure continuous wrapping application. On Mainline pipeline jobs of over 16" diameter there shall be no less than two paper latchers employed in the wrapping crew.

"Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.

  • PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or "PJM" means the privately-

  • Brush means vegetation with stems less than six (6) inches diameter at breast height.

  • E-cigarette means any electronic oral device, such as one composed of a heating element and battery or electronic circuit, or both, which provides a vapor of nicotine or any other substances, and the use or inhalation of which simulates smoking. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.

  • Security Company means an entity which provides or purports to provide the transport of Property by secure means, including, without limitation, by use of armored vehicles or guards.

  • Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.

  • Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.

  • Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.

  • Tree means any object of natural growth.

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • Nuclear coating means any protective coating used to seal porous surfaces, such as steel or concrete, that otherwise would be subject to intrusion by radioactive materials. These coatings must be resistant to long term (service life) cumulative radiation exposure (ASTM D4082-83**), relatively easy to decontaminate (ASTM D4256-83**), and resistant to various chemicals to which the coatings are likely to be exposed (ASTM 3912-80**). General protective requirements are outlined by the Department of Energy (formerly United States Atomic Energy Commission Regulatory Guide 1.54**).

  • Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.

  • Sandwich Board Sign means a temporary sign made of metal, wood, chalkboard, or white board that is not permanently attached to the ground and generally oriented to pedestrians.
