PAL Posting Date means the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting;
Posting Date means the date when a card transaction is received by the Bank and posted to the Card Account. It may or may not be the same as the Transaction Date.
Testing Date means 31 December of each year.
Measurement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Certification Date means the later of the date on which an order granting certification or authorization of a Proceeding against one or more Non-Settling Defendants is issued by a Court and the time to appeal such certification or authorization has expired without any appeal being taken, or if an appeal is taken the date of the final disposition of such appeal.
Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.
Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate. Decrement Bid:
Rating Date means the date which is 90 days prior to the earlier of (i) a Change in Control and (ii) public notice of the occurrence of a Change in Control or of the intention of the Company to effect a Change in Control.
Application Date or "APP" means the date CLEC provides Qwest an application for service containing required information as set forth in this Agreement.
True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Single Family Agreement, if applicable, or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Single Family Agreement, if applicable. Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 4; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 2 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 2.
Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.
Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.
SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.
Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).
Retraction Date means the second last business day of a month.
Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.
Designation Date as defined in Subsection 2.10(f).
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:
