Pacifica requires its students to remain in good financial standing (your account must be paid in full).
Pacifica may terminate this Agreement at any time, if in Pacifica’s sole discretion, it determines that termination would be in the best interest of Pacifica for reasons it articulates in writing to the student.

In the event of extraordinary or emergency circumstances, instructional alternatives may be offered in lieu of the courses and educational services Pacifica has otherwise agreed herein to provide, but only to the extent such alternatives would be permitted under the regulations of the WASC Senior College and University Commission “WSCUC”.
