Oxford Mortgage definition

Oxford Mortgage means the Mortgage in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Multi-Currency Secured Parties (as defined in the Pledge and Security Agreement), on the Real Property owned by the Company which is located in Oxford, North Carolina, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Oxford Mortgage means the mortgage on the real property and improvements thereon, and related equipment, owned by the Company which are located in Oxford, North Carolina;
