Outstanding Notional definition

Outstanding Notional. Amount shall mean as of any date of determination with respect to any Class [A-IO] Custody Receipt, the Initial Notional Amount thereof less any reductions of the notional amount thereof prior to such date of determination.
Outstanding Notional. Amount shall mean as of any date of determination with respect to the Class A-X Notes, the sum of the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount of the Notes and the Issuer Balance.
