Outstanding National Resource Waters definition

Outstanding National Resource Waters means High Quality Waters within national and state parks and wildlife refuges and waters of exceptional recreation or ecological significance, such as water bodies that are important, unique or sensitive ecologically.
Outstanding National Resource Waters or “ONRW” means those “waters of the Commonwealth” that have been listed in Table 1 of 401 KAR 10:030, Section 1(1).
Outstanding National Resource Waters means those waters which constitute an outstanding national resource such as waters of national and state parks and wildlife refuges and also waters of exceptional recreational or ecological significance.
