Outstanding Equity Line definition

Outstanding Equity Line means the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement between the Company and YA Global entered into on July 9, 2015, and described in the Company’s Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2016.
Outstanding Equity Line means the agreement to sell Common Stock of the Company pursuant to the unamended terms of an Equity Purchase Agreement described in and included as an exhibit to the Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Commission on May 18, 2016.
