  • Deputy Mayor means the councillor who is appointed by council, pursuant to section 34 of this bylaw, to act as mayor in the absence or incapacity of the mayor.

  • Acting Mayor means the councillor elected by council to act as the mayor if a vacancy arises in that office.

  • Mayor means the duly elected and acting Mayor, or in the Mayor's absence, the duly appointed and/or elected Vice Mayor or Acting Mayor of the Issuer.

  • Chancellor means the Chancellor of the University;

  • Cabinet means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services;
