Our Marks definition

Our Marks means WorkWave® and other trade names, trademarks, trade symbols, service marks, logos, and proprietary marks owned by us.
Our Marks means any trademarks, service marks, service or trade names, logos, and other designations of Sky Xxxxx PTE. LTD and their affiliates or licensors that we may make available to you in connection with these Terms of Use.
Our Marks means all trademarks, service marks, logos or other words or symbols identifying the Software, Software, professional services or Our business.

Examples of Our Marks in a sentence

  • Our Marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or that disparages or discredits us or anyone else.

  • You will not use Our Marks unless you obtain our prior written consent.

  • Any and all goodwill associated with your right to use Our Marks hereunder automatically vests in us.

  • You will not (and will not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, or sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right in any of Our Content or Our Marks.

  • You have a non-exclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide limited right to use Our Marks and any such third-party marks solely to the extent such marks are incorporated into the Service, and solely as part of your use of the Service, and, in the case of third-party marks, further subject to the terms of any third-party license you may enter into in connection with your use of such third-party products.

  • For the sake of clarity, after termination or expiration of this Agreement, a Party’s right to use the other Party’s Mark shall cease, provided, however, that You shall be entitled to use Our Marks as is necessary to carry out Your obligations under existing End Client Contracts, for the duration of such End Client Contracts.

  • You shall use Our Marks licensed by this Agreement only with the letters “TM,” “SM” or “®”, as appropriate as instructed by Us, whenever and wherever such Marks shall be used.

  • In addition, You shall not use Your own name or any other name service or product in connection with any of Our Marks without Our prior written consent.

  • You agree not to use Our Marks or any other name similar thereto in the name of any corporation, partnership or other entity owned or formed by You, whether to own or operate Your Franchise Business or otherwise.

  • You must receive Our prior written approval of the proposed design before purchasing any item bearing Our Marks.


More Definitions of Our Marks

Our Marks means the words " Platincasino", and/or any logo, mark, domain name or trade name that contains, is confusingly similar to, or is comprised of Our Marks or any other name or mark owned from time to time by us or any company within the RR Group.
Our Marks means the words “Supabets” and/or any logo, xxxx, domain name or trade name that contains, is confusingly similar to or is comprised of Our Marks or any other name or xxxx owned from time to time by us or any company within the Group.

Related to Our Marks

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Product Trademark means (a) any trademark or trade name, whether or not registered, or any trademark application, renewal, extension or modification thereto, in the Territory, or any trade dress and packaging, that is applied to or used with Products by Xxxxxx and (b) all goodwill associated therewith, and any promotional materials relating thereto.

  • Licensed Know-How means all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Pfizer or any of its Affiliates as of the effective date of the Pfizer-MPP Agreement, (b) directly relates to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product in the Field, and (c) is not in the public domain or otherwise generally known. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.
