OUR Implementation Agreement definition

OUR Implementation Agreement means the agreement referred to in Section I.C.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement setting forth the terms and conditions, and arrangements for implementation of Part A.2 and A.3 of the Project by the Office of Utilities Regulation.

Related to OUR Implementation Agreement

  • Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;

  • Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Bank, containing the performance indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation;

  • Collaboration Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Transition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 12.8.1.
