Other Borrowing Base Debt definition

Other Borrowing Base Debt means any Indebtedness (including, without limitation, the Effective Amount of all L/C Obligations) outstanding under the Credit Agreement.
Other Borrowing Base Debt means any Indebtedness outstanding under the New Seasonal Line of Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof, or a Replacement Seasonal Line of Credit Agreement.
Other Borrowing Base Debt means, at any time of determination while an Unsecured Election is in effect, the sum of all Indebtedness of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than the aggregate Credit Exposure of the Lenders).
