Effective Amount definition

Effective Amount means with respect to any Advances on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to any borrowing and prepayments or repayments thereof occurring on such date.
Effective Amount means (i) with respect to any Revolving Loans on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to any Borrowings and prepayments or repayments of Revolving Loans occurring on such date; and (ii) with respect to any outstanding L/C Obligations on any date, the amount of such L/C Obligations on such date after giving effect to any Issuances of Letters of Credit occurring on such date and any other changes in the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations as of such date, including as a result of any reimbursements of outstanding unpaid drawings under any Letters of Credit or any reductions in the maximum amount available for drawing under Letters of Credit taking effect on such date.
Effective Amount means on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans after giving effect to any prepayments or repayments of such Loans occurring on such date.

Examples of Effective Amount in a sentence

  • After giving effect to any Borrowing of Revolving Loans, the Effective Amount of all Revolving Loans, Swingline Loans and L/C Obligations shall not exceed the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment.

  • After giving effect to any Borrowing of Term Revolving Loans, the Effective Amount of all Term Revolving Loans shall not exceed the Aggregate Term Revolving Loan Commitment minus any Casualty Reserve established by Agent.

  • Borrowers shall prepay Swingline Loans on any date when the Effective Amount of Swingline Loans shall exceed the Swingline Commitment then in effect in an amount equal to the excess of the Effective Amount of Swingline Loans over such Swingline Commitment.

Effective Amount means, with respect to any outstanding L/C Obligations on any date, the amount of such L/C Obligations on such date after giving effect to any Issuances of Letters of Credit occurring on such date, any other changes in the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations as of such date, including as a result of any reimbursements of outstanding unpaid drawings under any Letter of Credit or any reduction in the maximum amount available for drawing under Letters of Credit taking effect on such date.
Effective Amount means, (a) with respect to any Revolving Loans, Swingline Loans and Term Loans on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to any Borrowings and prepayments or repayments of Revolving Loans, Swingline Loans and Term Loans occurring on such date, and (b) with respect to any outstanding L/C Obligations on any date (i) the amount of such L/C Obligations on such date after giving effect to any Issuances of Letters of Credit occurring on such date, (ii) the amount of any undrawn Commercial Letters of Credit which have expired less than 15 days prior to such date and (iii) any other changes in the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations as of such date, including as a result of any reimbursements of outstanding unpaid drawings under any Letter of Credit or any reduction in the maximum amount available for drawing under Letters of Credit taking effect on such date.
