  • The Contractor and its Staff shall treat as confidential all information that the Contractor or its Staff receives in the course of providing the Services, either verbally, electronically, visually, or in written or other tangible form, which is either identified by OSC as confidential, or should be reasonably be understood to be confidential.

  • If OSC preliminarily determines the Contractor to be non-responsible, OSC shall provide written notice to the Contractor detailing the reason(s) for the preliminary determination and shall provide the Contractor with an opportunity to be heard before the determination is finalized.
