Ordinary Domestic Use definition

Ordinary Domestic Use means the use of water solely for domestic purposes in a dwelling and subject to clause 8.3. This use includes, subject to prior Council approval, use in a fire sprinkler system installed to comply with NZS4517:2002 and the use of a hose for:

  • Not Domestic Issuance means any obligation other than an obligation that was, at the time the relevant obligation was issued (or reissued, as the case may be) or incurred, intended to be offered for sale primarily in the domestic market of the relevant Reference Entity.
