Order System definition

Order System means a software application, satisfactory to the Market Operator, for entering Orders into the Trading Platform through a Terminal.

  • An Order must be submitted as of the Order Cut-Off Time on the day the Order was placed if it is to be processed by the Electronic Order System in accordance with the procedures outlined below and in the documents listed in the following paragraph.

  • An Authorized Person for the Participant will log in to the Electronic Order System prior to the cut-off time for placing Orders with the Fund (the “Order Cut-Off Time”) set forth in the particular Fund’s order form (“Order Form”) and enter the terms of the Order.

  • If the Electronic Order System is not available, Orders may be placed by telephone, as described in section 1.c. If the Transfer Agent has not provided an order number to a Participant in response to the Participant’s request for creation unit(s) and the Participant has not transmitted the Order Form to the Transfer Agent prior to the Order Cut-Off Time (as defined below), the Order will not be Complete and will not be processed.

  • This position requires having a vast knowledge of the Work Order System, Energy Management Program and must have good working knowledge of building structures, HVAC and ancillary equipment, including the operation of all utility systems.

  • Either the Trust or the Distributor may reject any Purchase Order that is not submitted in proper form by 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time (or 4:00 p.m. through the Order System or via the U.S. Postal Service), as applicable.
