Order Router definition

Order Router means a person or entity able to connect and interface to the Trading System for the purpose of trading ICE Futures Canada Contracts through a Responsible Individual of a ICE Futures Canada Participant in the category of Direct Access Trading Participant.
Order Router means a person or entity able to connect and interface to the Trading System for the purpose of trading the Exchange Contracts through a Responsible Individual of a registered Direct Access Trading Participant. "Person" includes an individual, partnership, corporation or cooperative.
