Option Programs definition

Option Programs means either of the ATV:Abeta Program or the Option TV Program.
Option Programs means the Altitun SEK 130 1998/2003 Program and the Altitun SEK 400 1999/2003 Program.

  • Options and other stock based awards granted under the Company's stock award plans, including without limitation the Company's Retention Option Programs, shall not be considered severance benefits for purposes of this Section b.

  • Tevard shall prepare and deliver to the JDC, for the JDC’s review and approval, a written Development plan (the “Development Plan”), including the associated budget (the “Budget”), for the Dravet Syndrome Program, the Second Program and any Subsequent Option Programs setting forth the discovery and research activities to be conducted by Tevard in connection therewith in accordance with a timeline and sufficient to meet the Option Package Criteria to be prepared by the JDC.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this ARTICLE 11, if at the time a notice of termination is delivered under this ARTICLE 11 (i) there is only one license in effect under Section 5.1.1, Section 5.1.2 or Section 5.1.3 to a Product, and (ii) Isis is not obligated to conduct any drug discovery activities pursuant to a New Drug Option Programs under ARTICLE 2, then such termination notice will terminate this Agreement in its entirety (including any and all of Bayer’s unexercised Options).

  • If this Agreement is terminated in its entirety or with respect to all Option Programs, then all Option Programs will become Terminated Programs, all Option Products will become Terminated Products, all Option Proteins will become Terminated Proteins and all Regions in the Territory will become Terminated Regions.

  • Any information disclosed by a Party or its Affiliate to the other Party or its Affiliate prior to the Effective Date under the Confidentiality Agreement or the Provisional Agreement, to the extent related to Option Proteins, Option Products, Option Programs, ROFN Proteins, ROFN Products or ROFN Programs shall be deemed to have been disclosed under this Agreement, and subject to the provisions of this Article 11 (Confidentiality).

  • The Stock Put Writing and Stock Put Credit Spread Option Programs carry a different fee structure than other portfolios.

Related to Option Programs

  • Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.5(b).

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Pension program means the defined benefit pension program of the Oregon Public Service

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
