Operational MI Reporting Date definition

Operational MI Reporting Date means the seventh (7th) day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
Operational MI Reporting Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties; "Order" means an order for the provision of the Services placed by a Contracting Body with the Supplier under a Call Off Agreement; "Order Form" means Part 1 of Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as completed and forming part of the Call Off Agreement, which contains details of an Order, together with other information in relation to such Order, including without limitation the description of the Services to be supplied; "Other Contracting Bodies" means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority andOther Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly; “Outline Implementation Plan” means the Supplier’s standard approach to implementing a Services Offer, including any dependencies such as roll-out capacity and lead times; "Overhead" means those amounts which are intended to recover a proportion of the Supplier’s or the Key Sub-Contractor’s (as the context requires) indirect corporate costs (including financing, marketing, advertising, research and development and insurance costs and any fines or penalties) but excluding allowable indirect costs apportioned to facilities and administration in the provision of Supplier Personnel and accordingly included within limb (a) of the definition of “Costs”; "Party" means the Authority or the Supplier and "Parties" shall mean both of them; "Personal Data" has the meaning given to it in the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended from time to time; “Price Card(s)” means a list of prices, rates and other amounts for a specific Service Offer used in connection with a Direct Award; "Processing" has the meaning given to it in the Data Protection Legislation but, for the purposes of this Framework Agreement, it shall include both manual and automatic processing and “Process” and “Processed” shall be interpreted accordingly; "Prohibited Act" means: to directly or indirectly offer, promise or give any person working for or engaged by a Contracting Body and/or the Authority a financial or other advantage to: induce that person to perform improperly a relevant function or activity; or reward that person for improper performance of a relevant function or activity; or committing any offence: under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; or under legislation creating offences concerning Fraud; or at common law concerning Fraud; or committing...
