Operation Permits definition

Operation Permits means any approval, permit, filing, registration or the like required to be held by the Company for its lawful and valid operation of all of its business, including without limitation the Enterprise Legal Person Business License, Tax Registration Certificate, Educational Permit and other relevant permits and licenses as may then be required by the PRC Laws.
Operation Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(c).

  • The Owner agrees that technical peer review by external consultants as required by the Director of Municipal Engineering Services, work required under Special Services Applications, Septage Waste Disposal Permits, Bulk Water Permits, Water Distribution Services, Street Operation Permits, Oversize/ Overweight Permits and other shall be an additional cost.

  • The Provider shall be responsible for obtaining all Marine Operation Permits.

  • The Provider shall promptly apply to any relevant authority for such Marine Operation Permits upon notice from the Owner to perform an Operation in an area that requires such permits.

Related to Operation Permits

  • Occupation Permit means a temporary or permanent occupation permit issued by the Building Authority in relation to the Development or any part or parts thereof;

  • Construction permit is defined in Section 4.

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.
