Open Source Stack definition

Open Source Stack means the D2iQ open source software and third-party open source software (i) which are listed under the Open Source Stack heading on an applicable Order Form and (ii) for which D2iQ offers Support Services.
Open Source Stack means the Mesosphere open source software and third-party open source software (i) which are listed under the Open Source Stack heading on an applicable Order Form and (ii) for which Mesosphere offers Support Services.
Open Source Stack means the Shipa open source software and third-party open source software (i) which are listed under the Open Source Stack heading on an applicable Order Form and (ii) for which Shipa offers Support Services.

  • Customer understands that notwithstanding the use of terms such as “purchase” or “order” in this Agreement, the Licensed Software and Open Source Stack are licensed and not sold and Customer acquires no ownership or other interest (other than the license rights expressly stated herein) in or to the Licensed Software or the Open Source Stack.

  • D2iQ may collect data relating to the use and performance of the Licensed Software and Open Source Stack.

  • During the Term, Mesosphere will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide the support and maintenance services in accordance with the Support Services indicated on the applicable Order Form for the Open Source Stack and, if applicable, the Licensed Software.

  • During the Order Form Term (as defined in Section 8 of this Agreement), and provided that all applicable fees have been timely paid, Shipa will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Support Services indicated on the applicable Order Form for the Open Source Stack and, if applicable, the Licensed Software.

Open Source Stack means the Shipa open source software and third-party open source software (i) which are listed under the Open Source Stack heading on an applicable Order Form and (ii) for which Shipa offers Support Services.

Related to Open Source Stack

  • Open Source Software means any Software that is subject to or licensed, provided or distributed under any open source license (including any Copyleft License), including any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license.

  • Open Source means computer software, computer program, and any other material that is published for use, with rights to access and modify, by any person for free, under a generally recognised open source licence;

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • Open Source Code means any software code that is distributed as “free software” or “open source software” or is otherwise distributed publicly in source code form under terms that permit modification and redistribution of such software. Open Source Code includes software code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Mozilla License, Common Public License, Apache License, BSD License, Artistic License, or Sun Community Source License.

  • Open Source Materials means software or other material that is distributed as “free software,” “open source software” or under similar licensing or distribution terms (including the GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), BSD licenses, the Artistic License, the Netscape Public License, the Sun Community Source License (SCSL) the Sun Industry Standards License (SISL) and the Apache License).
