Ongoing Investment definition

Ongoing Investment is any Investment listed in Item 7.2.5(a) on the Disclosure Schedule.
Ongoing Investment means the sum of all items listed in the Proposal under the heading Ongoing Investment. For the purposes of Simpro IoT, Ongoing Investment is not payable while a sensor or gateway is inactive.

Examples of Ongoing Investment in a sentence

  • If, when We come to make a deduction for an Ongoing Adviser Charge, Ongoing Investment Adviser Charge or an Ad hoc Adviser Charge, the Bond Fund Value is insufficient to meet the agreed Adviser Charge, We will not make any deduction.

  • Qualifying investment means a capital investment in real property including the purchase price of land and existing buildings and structures, site preparation, improvements to the real property, building construction, and long-term lease costs. “Qualifying investment” also means a capital investment in depreciable assets.
