Ohio Organized Militia definition

Ohio Organized Militia means members of the Ohio Air National Guard, Ohio Army National Guard, Ohio Naval Militia, and Ohio Military Reserve who are Ohio citizens 17 to 66 years of age and who are not permanently handicapped (R.C. 5923.01, not in the bill).

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.

  • Member organization means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or association that belongs to an association.
