Offshore Currency definition

Offshore Currency means any lawful currency (other than dollars) that the relevant Issuing Bank with respect to any Offshore Currency Letter of Credit, in its sole reasonable opinion, at any time determines to be (a) freely traded in the offshore interbank foreign exchange markets, (b) freely transferable and (c) freely convertible into dollars.
Offshore Currency means Sterling, ADollars, Euros or Canadian Dollars.

  • For all purposes of this Agreement (but not for purposes of the preparation of any financial statements delivered pursuant hereto), the equivalent in any Offshore Currency or other currency of an amount in Dollars, and the equivalent in Dollars of an amount in any Offshore Currency or other currency, shall be determined at the Spot Rate.

  • Each Fronted Offshore Currency Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof from the applicable borrowing date at a rate per annum equal to the applicable Fronted Offshore Currency Rate.

  • For all purposes of this Agreement ------------------------------ (but not for purposes of the preparation of any financial statements delivered pursuant hereto), the equivalent in any Offshore Currency or other currency of an amount in Dollars, and the equivalent in Dollars of an amount in any Offshore Currency or other currency, shall be determined at the Spot Rate.


More Definitions of Offshore Currency

Offshore Currency means at any time, Euro, Pounds Sterling, German Deutschemarks, Canadian Dollars or Italian Lira and, from and after the time of approval by each Lender in accordance with Section 2.06(e), any other currency requested by Company.
Offshore Currency means, at any time, Euros and any Agreed Alternative Currency.
Offshore Currency means any Facility A Currency or Facility B Currency.
