Office Sublease means the Sublease dated September 1, 2001, between Restaurant Company, as sublandlord, and ▇▇▇▇▇, as subtenant, for office space located within the premises described in the Restaurant Lease, the subtenant’s interest in which has been assigned to and assumed by the Partnership under the Purchase Agreement.

• If the LA Landlord Consent is obtained at or prior to the Closing, then at the Closing, CCIA and CLNC Advisors shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the LA Office Sublease to the other party thereto.
