Unmetered Load means electricity consumed on the Network that is not directly recorded using Metering Equipment, but is calculated or estimated in accordance with the Code;
Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.
Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.
Residual Metered Load means all load remaining in an electric distribution company’s fully metered franchise area(s) or service territory(ies) after all nodally priced load of entities serving load in such area(s) or territory(ies) has been carved out.
Birth center means a facility or institution, which is not an ambulatory surgical center or a hospital or in a hospital, in which births are planned to occur following a normal, uncomplicated, low-risk pregnancy.
